question of EM login with LDAP integration

Hi,

I've read http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/srnd/6x/directry.html

But I don't understand how you can set the PIN for EM login when you have LDAP integration enabled.

The document says that the PIN authentication is wuth CCM local and not with LDAP.

So how can I set the PIN if with LDAP integration enabled the End user pages on CCM Administation are blocked?

Hi Andres,

You can still change the user PIN when authenticated with LDAP, what you cannot change is the Password as this is what is authenticated with LDAP.

You will need to reset the PIN through the CUCM Admin Webpage with your CCMadmin (admin) account.
