Intercept feature

I have a user that has the Intercept button on her phone and wants to remove the feature. I looked and cannot find where it is configured, does anyone know where to look. I tried under "End User" and "Manager Configuration" but can' find a reference to it anywhere. Thanks.

Look under the phone configuration and find out what softkey template the user has. Then go to the softkey template, copy it, remove the Intrcpt key, save, and apply to the user's phone. That will just remove it from their phone. You could always remove it from the original template to perform it globally.

Thanks for the confirmation. I did what you suggested but once I got to the template there was only:

CUCM

IP Mgr Assistant

under applications no individual features.

What I did was give her a different template that most users have here. For some reason there are only 3 people that have the template that I removed not sure why they set it up that way. Thanks again.
