I have an ISDN router that dials another router and get the DHCP IP address. My PC is behind that ISDN router and i am trying to run ACTIVE FTP Client on my machine across the ISDN line.

I am translating my trafffic behind the DHCP IP address (PAT) to connect to the active FTP server but the data port is not working. connection port work fine.

Is there any way i can run active FTP over the PAT.

I hope that this will work if i use the static address translation but the other end cann't be configured to route that IP address traffic back to us.

Is there any way that This PAT can be used for active FTP. Only one of my machine need access.
