Asa to ldap

when user tries login from behind asa , error gives user cannot be found.

But ldap database does have the user account,i have tried with multiple user logins.

We are using correct ldap strings on the asa for authentication.Kindly help

kindly post your config.

make sure the user account you configured on the ASA for LDAP browsing is a valid username/password. you can also use the 'test' command to see if the ldap server configuration is good.
