CER design with (2) Clusters

I have confirmed that it will work, my question is if anyone has done it before :) My thought is to have CER configured to pull in the phones from the (2) Clusters (at the same physical site) But have the call routing only go out one Cluster. (CTIs)

It might work. But it's not supported by Cisco. If anything should happen, you might have to face legal issues (when emergency happens).

Just my two cents.

PDI told me that one CER Cluster can support multiple Clusters. It's actually documented.

I was trying to figure out if it matters which CUCM the 911 calls goes out
