IPVC-3515-MCU24 bad quality with Tandberg endpoint

Hi,

We have a IPVC-3515-MCU24 with software version 5.6 registered to a Cisco Gatekeeper (12.4(25)) We also have Tandberg MXP endpoints registered to this gatekeeper. The MCU is configured with a HD/SD Continuous Presence with 720p enabled.

The problem is that when we create a conference with any Tandberg endpoint the resolution never reachs 720p even when we have 2048Kbps.

The Tandberg endpoint is already set to use sharpness resolution.

In the configuration of the Tandberg endpoints, under Endpoint configuration -> Call Quality -> AAC-LD should be disabled. Also, under Endpoint configuration -> Motion quality -> Natural Video threshold should be off.

Also reduce MTU size in MCU to 1400.

One more question, what is the maximum resolution that you can reach with Tandberg endpoints?

Now i have w480p MCU-->Endpoint and w280p Endpoint-->MCU using 512Kbps.

where do you reduce MTU size in MCU?
