call-forward night-service error

We have configured a CME with the following configuration:

ephone-dn 1 octo-line

number 70

call-forward busy 51

call-forward night-service 99

Number 99 is a answering machine on a FXS port. This won't work. If i call the DID number of the answering machine it works, so no problem with the FXS, dialpeer etc.

Is this a supported config or are only ephone-dn's allowed?

I have this problem too.

You can call-forward to outside numbers with no problems using the night-service statement. This intern will match dialpeers to make the calls out. So in truth, you should not be having any problems. Of course without looking at the configuration, I would be really hard to say.

Can you provide a copy of your config?

You are missing the night service bell statement under ephone-dn 1 and ephone 1. Add the following statements and let me know if it works.

ephone-dn 1 octo-line

number 70

pickup-group 10

allow watch

call-forward busy 51

call-forward night-service 99

call-forward noan 51 timeout 20

night-service bell

no huntstop

ephone 1

mac-address 0023.0432.E261

presence call-list

codec g722-64

type 7975 addon 1 7916-24

button 1:1

night-service bell
