Cisco VPN client is not working with 64bit OS, please let me know if there is any solution to use VPN client with 64bit OS

You need SSL VPN solution for 64BitOS , WebVPN - Anyconnect client - Any ASA5500

Some one told me of cisco vpn connect, would that work.

Imran, they must have refered to Anyconnect client , the solution for the 64Bit OS is to use any SSL driven VPN technology. I provided the links for you to get you started , there is presentation link on SSL vpn technology. Cisco VPN client is 32 bit, there is no 64bit client version.
For your 64 bit RA clients use Either SSL WEB VPN or Annyconnect.

We have the same issue in our organization and unfortunately, Cisco VPN client is not supported on 64 bit OS. Anyconnect does support 64 bit.

AnyConnect is your only option and is supported on both the ASA and IOS platforms.

Due to popular demand, the Cisco VPN Client v5.0.7 open beta is now available!
In addition to serving as a general maintenance release, the Cisco VPN Client 5.0.7 beta is compatible with Windows 7 & Windows Vista 64-bit environments.
A 64-bit specific compatible image is available for installation on these platforms.
