Hello,
We've got an IP Phone 7960 and can't figure out what could be causing this issue. Can make and receive calls, can hear the person on the other end, but the person on the other end cannot hear us. This occurs even if the phone is on speaker. Is this one on the books somewhere? Could it be something other than the phone?

Most of the time this happens in the case of one way routing between the end point, and or one way blocking of RTP. Is it just with one phone or all phones in the subnet?

IP phone to IP phone could be a CUCM problem.
If it's IP phone to gateway, then there are number of things. Normally it's routing issues between the gateway's source address and the IP phone's default gateway. Often the gateway needs a 'bind' statement.
Attaching a document you may find helpful if this is to a PSTN caller.
