I have configured DHCP snooping in my network. Now my issue is that I'll be configuring one of the switch which has snooping enabled with dhcp pool so that the phones get the IP from the switch. I was not able to get any IP address from the switch. Is this because DHCP snooping is enabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated

You must use the ip dhcp snooping trust interface configuration command on inter-switch links or switchports where DHCP servers are connected to.

I do have that configured on all the uplink ports. I have configured the DHCP pool on a switch. Could it be possible that the switch thinks its a rogue DHCP server handing out IP's and hence gets blocked ??

have you configured below as part of DHCP configuration ?
"no ip dhcp conflict logging"
