CCX DB Write SQL Error

Hi all,

Our customer deployed the CCX with the external MySQL database. One application on CRS needs to write the string collected from the caller input to the MySQL database. But when we call into the application, we find that our call is redirected to the SQL Error Branch which indicating that the Database Write action is not successfully completed.

So we checked the configuration again. ODBC connection on the CRS is available and test action is successfully passed. For the script of the application, we use the "DB write" step to write the variable which contain the string collected from the called input to the SQL database.

In order to exclude the varaible problem (would be null), we inserted the certain string to the database for test purpose, such as "insert into vir_table (id) values ('1234')". In the Test Label, we executed the SQL command above, but number of rows altered is 0 indicating that the insert action is failed.

What would be the cause of the error?

Thanks

Kirin

Have you tried with a different data type? All data types are not supported.
