Hi,

I have a SPA2102 which had problems after the firmware upload.

The LED's of the ATA are blinking SOS after powering up.

When  I connect the "Internet" Ethernet port of the SPA2102 to my switch, I can ping the ATA.

Is there a way to recover my SPA2102 ?

Thanks for your help in advance.

FYI to all: The recovery utility is usually part of the firmware compressed archive that you download from Cisco.com.

Hi,

My SPA-2102 power light is blinking as follows:

long RED

3 x short GREENs. (when the power light blinks green the first time the ethernet light flashes twice in quick succession)

I cannot access the IVR and when it is connected to the internet and my PC is connected to it through the ethernet port it does not acquire an IP address.

Any ideas please?

Thanks
