CCA 2.0 - Cannot save telephony voice

Unanswered Question

For some reason, any changes I make to the telephony voice section will not save.  I click apply.  I click ok.  Nothing happens either way.  I noticed the telnet box was unchecked under device access.  I checked that but it did not make a difference.  Nothing is in red that needs to be fixed.  If there are red boxs, I fix them, the tabs turn green and I still can not save.

I have tried 2 different computers and multiple UC500s all with the same result.

Any ideas?

If you press F2 then F3 when in the CCA 2.0 GUI then make a change for voice (anything) and then click apply, a small console window will open and spit out some data.  See if there are any hints in there...
