Hello,
Previous to CUCM 5.X you could open the dialplan installed file and see Cisco's exact implementation of what tags are being used. Is there anyway of seeing this in a 7.X version?

I requested:
Problem Details: I would like to know where I can find information of changes made to a
particular versions of Dial Plan releases.
e.g. GBNP 1.1.7 included 075 mobile numbers that were previously unavailable. We also
encountered problems dialling 0300 & 0872 numbers which I believe were resolved in this
release.
We now have a customer requesting advice on 0303 numbers. Although I would like to know if
an existing dial plan includes this already I would also like to know where we can find
references of these inclusions within DP versions for future cases of a similar nature.

Sorry I could not get back to you sooner. I have been researching your case, I installed GB International Dial Plans in different servers CUCM 5.X and CUCM 6.X and I couldn't find any readme file for this CUCM versions neither in the Callmanager or CLI, I asked to my Tech Lead and it appears that there's no way to view the readme file as the one you sent me in your last mail and the only document you can view before the install is the one I mentioned you.
I now this is not what you expected to hear but, this is the way things are designed and if you would like to setup a product feature/enhancement request for future releases you will need to contact your account manager for this.

Now you can see the International Dial Plan readme file for CUCM 5.X and
6.X if you enter to the download page for CUCM 7.X. E.g. the GB 3.1(7)
contains the readme file for this release, but if you open it you will
see that it also is the signed equivalent to 5.X and 6.X

I sent:
In CCM 4.x, once the dial plan is installed you can view the contents of the file on the
server so it is clearly visible that the dial plan does contain specific patterns/tags
however this is not possible BEFORE. This can be got around by installing on our lab
server to view.
e.g.
# The Version Number is 28.0
# P: Digit pattern -- PATTERN TAG
# T: Type of Number -- I(nternational) or N(ational)
# W: Network Specific Facilities -- OP or OPXXXX(alternate carriers)
# U: Urgent pattern? (Call extended immediately on match)
# [2-9]XXXXXXX
P: [2-9]XXXXXXX LOCAL-8-DIGIT
# [2-9]XXXXXX
P: [2-9]XXXXXX LOCAL-7-DIGIT
# [2-9]XXXXX
P: [2-9]XXXXX LOCAL-6-DIGIT
# [2-9]XXXX
P: [2-9]XXXX LOCAL-5-DIGIT
# Long Distance Calls
# 0+2[03489]+XXXXXXXX
...and the file goes on...
However, this is not possible on CUCM 5.x/6.x! Any idea?

You can see the data for the cisco GB number plan version 18 'dp-ffr.1-1-18.GB.exe', 'dp-ffr.1-1-18.GB.cop.sgn', 'dp-ffr.2-1-18.GB.cop.sgn' and 'dp-ffr.3-1-18.GB.cop.sgn', released only a few weeks ago, at these URLs:
Visit the above pages, mouseover the details there, then look for the 'flat pattern file' link in the popup box, specifically:
http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074292/51298/GBNP.txt
Be aware that the data is somewhat out of date and there are a significant number of errors in the GB number plan file.
I enclose the original and a corrected version of the 'flat pattern file'. The corrected version has dozens of fixes detailed within.
