Problem adding 2 devices to LMS 3.1 - "Devices Not Configured In ACS"

I added 2 Cisco 3825 Routers to CiscoWorks. We use ACS (TACACS+) for authentication. The devices seemed to be added successfully, but in CM, they are showing as Devices Not Configured In ACS. I checked my ACS servers and the IP addresses are clearly in the TACACS+ group. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this?

Try restarting ACS and Daemon Manager. Assuming these two devices are in the same ACS NDG as other, working devices, there may just be a communications issue between LMS and ACS that a restart will fix.

I stopped and started the services and now I can not launch RME.

I get the error: License Server/Daemon Manager is down. Please check license.log for more information.

I am attaching pdshow and regdaemon.xml

Thanks.

There are no problems here. This is most likely a timing issue. You should wait at least 30 minutes after restarting Daemon Manager for all of the daemons to initialize and the CPU to settle.

It's been 4 hours...

I rebooted the server and all is well now...strange stuff.
