p2p GRE for radio and fiber links !!! shifting issue

One of my client has sites connected to HO using two media. Primary is radio terminating on FE WAN port of 2811 router, one FE LAN is connected and lastly secondary connectioni.e fiber is connected to HWIC-4ESW vlan is configured for it . Tunnels are configured for both media point to point for 4 branches .Now requirement is to do failover to secondary media. I undrtstand that i need to use IP SLA tracking but i am not how in this scenrio. 2 wan ports fe 0/0 and 0/1

0/0 for radio 0/1 for lan

fiber is terminated on HWIC

a vlan is configured vlan1 for tht. scenario is when fiber tunnel was down than its not shifting to radio until and unless vlan was manually shut !!!

i want it to do so auto ...

kinldy help !!!
