We implemented a paging system that is tied to Cisco Call Manager cluster by a DN.It works fine. I was wondering is there any feature in Call Manager 4.1(3) to secure this phone number so that only people who knows the PIN number or password can call in?

You could use Client Matter Codes (CMC). Create a RoutePattern to use the CMC.

Actually, Forced Authorization Codes (FAC) would make more sense here. CMCs are not meant to be to be used for accounting purposes.
