What version do you run ?

I believe we had seen issues similar to this one in the past, but they got fixed in recent versions.

G.

Hi ,

Copy the error message exactly as it appears on the console or in the system log. Research and attempt to resolve the error using the Output Interpreter https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/Support/OutputInterpreter/home.pl. Also perform a search of the Bug Toolkit http://www.cisco.com/pcgi-bin/Support/Bugtool/home.pl. If you still require assistance, open a case with the Technical Assistance Center via the Internet http://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/front.x/case_tools/caseOpen.pl, or contact your Cisco technical support representative and provide the representative with the gathered information.

Hi Giles,

Is this any issue with the software??

Thanks

Sum

did you ever load the debug-plugin ?

What you saw is most probably a software issue, but not one we have seen with your image.

G.

No,we never loaded the debug-plugin.

The issues is re-occuring very often that is the ace gets hung and it takes lot of time to process any cmd when we try do run it using the console and have to end up rebooting as it gets hung.

Regards

Sum
