I just wanted to confirm the part number to upgrade LMS 3.1 (5000 device license). In the product literature, I noticed the description didn't mention LMS 3.1:

Minor release update kit from LMS 3.0 and 3.0.1 to CiscoWorks LMS 3.2 for up to 5000 Cisco network devices. Applications can be installed and run on multiple servers. Installation DVDs for Windows and Solaris operating systems provided. No new PAK is provided in this kit. Customers must use their existing LMS 3.0 and 3.0.1 license key to activate this minor release update.

Yes, the "MR" (Minor Release) part number would apply to a 3.1 installation needing to be upgraded to 3.2.

Note that if you have either SAS or SASU contract coverage on your existing license, you should be eligible for a no additional cost upgrade, as opposed to buying it "a la carte".

You can check your coverage by plugging your contract number into the product upgrade tool at http://tools.cisco.com/gct/Upgrade/jsp/productUpgrade.jsp
