Accessing resouces with local IP using public IP

I am using a PIX 506E version 6.3(5) using 10.0.0.X. We recently installed a voice mail server with the ip address 10.0.0.92 and I set up a static IP map for address 66.x.x.x to allow access from the outside.

My issue is that we have laptops that are sometimes inside and somtimes outside.

Is there a way to use the public IP address (66.x.x.x) inside the local network and route it to the device's ip address (10.0.0.92)?

You can use NAT It will translate the public ip to private ip.
