POE Switch power issue AP1200

I notice that Access Point 1200 series need at least 48V to power on.

However, I found that when the AP is connected to POE switches, the inline power used drop to nearly 11V.

I thought the power should be 48V of inline power being used. Why the power is cut down to just 11V?

Where did you see the drop to 11V? As far as I know the switches do not show the voltage they send out to a PoE device. They show the Watt (W).

Is it posible that you have seen 11W when you did a 'show power inline'? That would match the usage for an AP1200.
