Pls tell me how to check whether prefix learning on BGP or not and if yes then from which peer (or where the learned prefix is advertised).. If possible requesting you to pls explain with some logs or example.
sh ip bgp neighbors x.x.x.x received-routes ( where x.x.x.x is peer address ) <= this will show you teh prefixes received from peer.
sh ip bgp <= will show you all prefixes learnt from all peers.
