CCM 6.1 LDAP conversion

I currently have my cluster not synced with LDAP. Most of the time the user names I create when adding a new users in Call manager match the AD alias but not all the time. When I enable LDAP sync what happens to the usernames in CCM that match AD? What happens to the CCM users who don't match AD? Does anything change with the extension mobility PINs?

Users that match the ID in AD will remain unchanged, just update fields like phone numbers, etc.

Users that DO not match an existing user in AD will be deleted the next time the garbage collector runs. If you create the users in the meantime and force a sync the users will remain.
