Anybody have CNR running with a dhcp.ndb file this size?

/var/nwreg2/data/dhcp/ndb

[root@grape ndb]# ls -lh

total 11G

-rw-r----- 1 root root 10G Jun 5 16:36 dhcp.ndb

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4.0K Jun 5 16:33 logs

drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4.0K Nov 18 2003 tmp

The server is sometimes crashing during the nightly backup and I'm pretty sure its this file that causes it to drag. On two other servers we have CNR on one is 6MB and the other 9MB. This one just seems way to large. Anyone seen this before?

If File dhcp.ndb in CNR has an excessive size. As of 6.1.1.x IP Lease History, when enabled, is also contained within the dhcp.ndb DB.

So things to check would be, If Lease History is enabled, and if so then what its Parameters are;

*ip-history -

Controls whether to record data for the IP history database (see the Network Registrar User's Guide).

Optional, default disable.

*ip-history-detail -

Controls whether to record detailed data for the IP history .
