I'm really hoping someone here can help me, but I recently moved some users to a new MailStore on Exchange and now they cannot access their voicemails from their phone, only through Outlook.
I've already followed the steps in Document ID: 107323 to a T and it did not work.
We are using Unity 4.2.
Has anyone else come accross this and had to find another solution?
