Caller number doesn't displayed in IPCC agent desktop

Good morning expert,

I am seeking you help for the following problem; currently we are deploying IPCC V#5 and integrated it with call version V#6

The problem is when we get any call from outside our company “the agent is logged into IPCC agent desktop” he cannot see the calling number “he is getting unkown”, although, all the analog lines which are part of 800 number are enrolled in “caller line identification service ”.

and also when we check incoming call in the real time monitoring we see it like unknown

I am appreciating your help on this issue.

just to add one comment, the agent "IPCC agent" are getting connection plar number that are configure under the FXO port when the calls are received from outside

i am not sure, but is realted to IPCC coding

i guess the script has smothing to do here!!!
