I am seeking you help for the following problem; currently we are deploying IPCC V#5 and integrated it with call version V#6
The problem is when we get any call from outside our company âthe agent is logged into IPCC agent desktopâ he cannot see the calling number âhe is getting unkownâ, although, all the analog lines which are part of 800 number are enrolled in âcaller line identification service â.
and also when we check incoming call in the real time monitoring we see it like unknown
I am appreciating your help on this issue.
