Establish audio

Hi Guys,

My Customer is with following problem: When the attendant receive the call and hung up the phone She hear the audio only after 10 seconds. The problem is intermittent. This solution have the CallManager, and is working with MGCP.

Hi Wilson, I dont really understand your question.

Are you saying that when a call is made to the attendant Console intermittently there is no audio stream and when the caller hangs up the attendant hears a hangup tone?

Do the calls that have this problem come from outside or are they from internal Cisco phones?

You also say that you have a gateway running MGCP. Do you have any analogue lines connected to the gateway? If you do then these could be causing the problem as analogue lines, if the gateway isnt configured correctly, will continue to ring even after the caller hangs up and if the attendant was to answer one of these calls she would indeed hear silence.
