Remote Management - Console Access

Hi,

What are the options to remotely manage Cisco devices via console sessions such as Async interface (Octal cable) on a terminal server/router etc.

Correct !

Console access via access server. this can be either INband or Outband.

There are also some dial in modems with a SIM card as a quick fix.

octal cable goes on console port, its not ant different from the plain flat cable you get with new routers or switches.
