Hello,

i have 2 servers (PUB and SUB) running CCM 4.1(3).

suddenly,phones 7912 only are resetting continously, at the same time CPU on switches are increasing (for 6500 about 24%, for cat 3560 40%).

It sounds like the 7912 phones cant find their DHCP, TFPT servers or CCM list.

Are you able to find out the IP address of some of these 7912 phones and see if you can ping them?
