Hi all,
I have configured Voice mail for all users. Users can lsiten and send voice messages when accessing unity Connection Voice messaging through it's pilot number.
However, When I configure UDP to forward call to Voice message system when busy or unregistered , the call cannot be completed.
Is there any extra configuration to do in Unity Connection? or in CCM.
Any suggestions !!!

Have you checked the CSS on the CFB or call forward unregisterd ?
You need to apply a CSS that has access to the VM Pilot/port partition.

Hi ,
They are well positioned.
Evry thing is permitted in the Call forward CSSs. All Voice ports can be dialed directly from evry where.

Can you put one of the voice mail port as the CFB/unregisted destination and then try again. You can also try with the pilot number. this certainly sounds like a CSS/PT issue
