Lost CiscoSecure ACS Admin Password

All,

My colleague is now the admin for a CiscoSecure ACS box and he doesn't know the admin password.

I advised him to console into the server and via Internet Explorer, point to the servers loopback address.

Is there another way to login in to the Admin side of ACS?

What if you don't have the ACS recovery CD?

I think you can re-order the ACS recovery CD or have TAC send you an ISO image of it, with a valid support contract.

Otherwise, "set admin" or "add guiadmin" requires knowing the previous password.

Is the recovery CD the same as the installation CD?

What does ISO stand for?
