I have a to replace a VWIC on 3660, who do I know if it is hot swappable or not,, Thanks

Cisco's recommendation is to turn off electrical power when replacing WICs on access routers.

I agree with Susan. The 3600 does not understand "hot swappable".

I did both ,, turn off the router and hot swap ,,,I still getting up/down on s1/0 and and down /down on s1/1

Get show diag, show ver and contact the TAC about this. You may need to RMA the VWIC.
