Which of the following ISDN PRI interfaces are capable for both voice and data:
NM-1CE1T1-PRI
HWIC-2CE1T1-PRI
VWIC2-2MFT-T1/E1
It would be installed on an 2801 router.

If I am not mistaken, of the three options only the VWIC is supported on the 2801. It is voice and data capable.

The VWIC supports ISDN for voice.
Remember you will also need PVDM2-xx.
No voice configuration can be done without it.

I have read that data sheet already, but I do not see any clear mention about ISDN.

You may need additional memory depending on how many modems you want. When I used the Dynamic Configuration tool I got this message:
