If it's anything like the cat6500, it depends on how RME SWIM's 4500 device support pkg was built, to use ENTITY-MIB or CISCO-STACK-MIB. But the word from CiscoWorks DEV I got was, for dual-SUP devices, only the Primary SUP should have a checked checkbox in the SWIM GUI. The Secondary SUP should be grayed out. If both SUPs are checkable, it's actually incorrect behavior due to the MIB used and/or faulty implementation, in which case the SWIM job would tell you the SW Upgrade "failed" even though it's successful (to the Primary SUP only), because (per Cisco DEV) SWIM is never designed to push code to both SUPs. The code version sync between SUPs is supposed to be handled by the OS itself.
