The Bulk Admin Tool screen hung after a file upload with four-users.
The circulating update-icon on the left side of the status bar is going around for almost a hour at the publisher server.
How can we stop this?
what service we might have to resetup/restart to fix this issue?

BAT tool hangs if CSV file has extra row with no data
Symptom:BAT tool hangs if CSV file has extra row with no data.
Seen in UC 7.0(1) & 7.0(2) with CSV file with extra ,,, in a row with no data.
1. Users for import fine but BAT tool will hang and not allow any more BAT administration tasks.
2. Hitting Cancel on BAT had no affect on the progress circle.
3. Other web tab works except for BAT import.
1. Re-start Cisco Unity Connection Serviceability > Base Services > Connection Administration service.
2. use CSV file with valid row data.
