Is there anyway to assign users to different vlans with ACS/Automous AP's? I know how to do this with CUWN but not with Autonmous. Any ideas?

yes ,
It is possible , you can assign Vlans via radius per user.
For details - please refer user guide on cisco.com
Thanks

Thanks for the response. I never did find anything in the user guide but I set this up in a lab environment and was able to get it working.
