CUCM 6.1 and 7941 time problem

I have a cucm 6.1.2 which serves for several sites, in one site we have a problem with a new installed 7941G, the clock is running two hours after, when we look on the phone the time zone is not filled in, I did not find another phone with the same issue, I have checked the FW and HW and everything is the same for several phones, did also already a reset of the phone, did not find a problem with the time zone for the 7941.

I have this problem too.
