Changing user password using TUI ( Unity Connection 7 BE )

The Documentation do explain how to change the user's Unity Phone password.

But unity connection TUI offers the password change, but if the user changes his password using TUI, the password does not work and have to be change in the user's web page.

No documentation explains this behavior, is it a bug ? the version the customer have is Version 7.0.2.10000-38
