Hi,
I did not find any difference in password recovery process, if I take the switch standalone, which I am doing it now.
Kindly suggest

Ok, so far I understand that you have a 3750 switch is a stack with a enable password that you don't know and want to change. You already did the following but still got the same issue:
-Sent the switch to rommon
-Rename the config file
-Boot the switch
-Enter to enable mode (with no password set)
-Rename the config file back to its original name
-Do copy flash:config.text system:running-config
-Enter to config t and set your own password.
One question, after doing all this do you add the switch back to the stack?
Whenever you add a switch to stack, the recently added switch takes the configuration of the current stack master switch (including the enable password).
Let me know if this is you case and I may have a solution for you.

Hi,
Ok, the problem might be that when you add the switch back to the stack, it is getting the old configuration from the master stack switch.
Try this:
-Turn off all the switch stack members and just leave on the stack master.
-Do the password recovery procedure to the stack master.
-Turn on the stack member switches.
