After reading various documentation I'm still extremely confused.
I have just been asked to take over the admin for the unified operations manager with the service monitor element also.
We use Solarwinds for our network management which is easy to understand.
CUOM is very complex.
Can someone please tell me how to monitor Unity Connection (2.1.2) within this unified system please? (ie view number of voicemails waiting etc/voicemail stats).
I can see it as a device under service level view but it doesn't show any reports at all.
If someone knows that would be great.
I'm really unsure which the CUOM application is useful for to be honest.
Just my lack of experience I'm sure.
