If programming a CME with ACD Ques how should the buttons be setup on a 7942 button for instance? Will one key be programmed as a different extension and then use that extension to log into the que so that they can have the option to except other calls via their extension or primary extension? The second piece of this questions is that I would want to have the ability to record the in/outbound calls on either ACD calls or their primary extension but need to understand how CME works with Basic ACD. Do I just use the primary extension to log into ACD and still able to except calls via extension? Not sure. Any help would be great! Thanks
