CUMA7.0.2 - "dial via office" issue on CUMC

-enabled 'Dail via office' in CUMA

I got error message "Dial via office error: SIP 603(declined). Place a direct call instead?" when make a call to buddy from the CUMC contact.

Advise please the troubleshooting,

I've managed to resolve the problem.

If I'm not mistaken, it was solved by assigning the correct roles/groups to the CUMA application user in CallManager.
