Dear All,

I am running CME 7.1 I have one Operator Phone 7931. As we know that by default if any body calls from outside to the operator phone and if you want to transfer that call to any other extension u just need to press the transfer tab and dial that extension and the call is transfered immediately.

Is it possible that the operator can first talk to the person before he transfers that outside call.

Please let me know if there is any option or configuration required.
