Integrate Callmanager 4.2 with harris 20-20

Dear All,

I have call manager 4.2 and we have integration with Harris pbx 20-20 through PRI E1 using Etsi signal and I tried all "ISDN switch type on voice gateway as net5 ,4ess..." I debugged q931 when i tried all types of isdn switch type but all signal generate "bad frame" taking into consideration that we are using two Multiplexers TC8518 T1/E1

MGCP or H.323?

Check network side/clock source

Normally should be the opposite, once emulates the PSTN switch.

mgcp and I already configured the call manager as user side and clock source internal and this opposite on PBX

I finished the integration using ETSI signaling but now I need to add prefix behind the calling name i.e when i make call from call manager to PBX the presented name is Hany I need to add "TB3" behind the name regardless the name

It is not possible to manipulate names in Cisco IOS.

You would need a custom TCL/IVR script and using H.323 for this.
