Agents are getting kicked out of agent desktop and they get the following error.
Runtime error!
Program: C\ProgramFiles\Cisco\Desktop\bin\agent.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.
I try to reinstall agent desktop aplication and got the same error.
Anyone seen this or know what might be causing it?
Thanks,
Vlaho

Vlaho - is this happening to all agents? Or is it sporadic? And have you checked the local desktop logs?

What is the Operating System and which are the service packs installed on the agent machines?
Check for any firewall installation, disable the firewall and check the response.
Are you able to reach the CAD / UCCX server from the Agent machine , try to telnet the CAD ports, TCP 59020, TCP 38983, TCP 63432.
