Hi all,
Im I have a requirement to connect 24+ uplinks to a switch with reasonable performance.
I was looking for model in the 3750 series.
I dont want to stack switches.
Is these any model that can support this?
I know the 4500 will definitely do the job. But its too expensive for me.

That's a good choice if you have link no greater than 1GE. I don't think it supports 10GE.

But I couldnt find any model on the 3750 series which has the 24+ port density

The name 3750 probably means 50 ports. Also, the link shows well over 24 ports.

There are 48 copper port models in both the 3560 and 3750 series. So this is for fiber? If fiber, bandwidth?
For gig fiber, outside of the chassis switches, your options are very limited. The closest match might be the ME-C6524GT-8S. There's also the WS-C4900M if you use TwinGig Converter Modules. Otherwise, only a stack of 3750G-12Ss might do, but you note you don't want to stack.
What's your concern with stacking 3750s?

Are you looking for 24 port Fiber or copper uplinks ? For fiber, you need to have SFP ports.. For copper uplinks, you can just take any switch of 3750.. Infact if you arent looking for stacking feature, you can go in for a 3560, which is more than sufficient..
Also would u need 10 G in future ? what software support are you looking for ?

I agree with Joseph here. What are your arguments against StackWise?
Here are your options for getting 24 1Gig Fibre Ports:
1. TWO (2) WS-C3750G-12S; or
2. ONE (1) ME4924; or
3. ONE (1) WS-C3560E-12D with TwinGig Converters.
If you want a Layer-2-only switch, then ME4924 is your choice. If Layer 3 is what you need then you can go with either Option 1 or 3 (with 3 being the most expensive).
Remember I haven't even put a 4500 or a 6500 option in.
