CSA : Cluster not started after installing CSA

Unanswered Question
Jun 10th, 2009

After installing CSA on Win2003 Server,

the cluster service is not started.

The server said that the network connection service is not started.

The CSA is registered in the Management Center.

And the group is in LEARN MODE.

What is the source of this problem?

I have this problem too.

First off, do you get any events from that machine in the csamc ? If not, does it solve the problem if you disable csa and try to start the cluster service ? If so, then you could have a deny rule that has no log (even though that is highly unlikely if you are using the default policies) Also what clustering software are you using, microsoft or some other 3rd party sw ?

I'm using Windows.

But I've seen the error.

I've put the group on learning mode, and there are already some policy associated.

So there is conflict with LeaningMode and the Policy Association.
