Telephones randomly reboots

HI I have 1 SPA900, 1 SPA400, 5 SPA921 and 1 SPA962 witch SPA932

present the following problems:

1. All Telephones randomly reboots 2. The calls in course are cut

I using static IP address, only the telephone, spa400 and spa900 are connect to the switch (3Com Baseline 2016 Ethernet Switch)

I not using vlan´s

I using setup wizard v2.1.0.0

Hi rperez,

Do all 6 telephones reboot at the same time?

How often are they rebooting?

Do some phones reboot more often than others?

How many times an hour/day/week are the phones rebooting?

Can you please enable debugging on the phone that reboots the most so we can see if the debug yields anything of interest?

Yes, I am not sure the spa900 rebooting too

How often are they rebooting?

1 or 2 a day

no
