CUCM 6 Broadcast message to ip phones?

Just wondering if it is possible to broadcast a text message to a groupo of IP Phones. We just upgraded to CUCM 6.1.3

We would like to set this up in case email goes down in our company and we can alert users by pushing a message to ip phones.

You need a third party app:

Berbee Informacast can do that, not a feature in CUCM directly in 7.x we have Phone apps Midlets which u can develop as well (still need some extra code, NOT BUILT IN IN ANY VERSION)

I had a free script on CCM 4.1.3 but i lost it and i can;t remember the name to search for it.
