ok, I do it tomorrow

Hi,

I apply a factory reset to the spa900, sp400 and all phones  and  I use the SPA9000 Setup Wizard 2.1 to configure the SPA962/SPA932 and i have the same result.

Eduardo

Hi Eduardo,

What type of phones are 102, 108, 109, and 110? BLF and CP is not supported on SPA9x1 phones because they do not support CTI.

If the phones are of type SPA9x2, please verify that CTI is enabled: phone's web-ui > SIP > SIP Parameters > CTI Enable

Can ext 100 phone 102, 108, 109, and 100, and vise-versa?

Test to determine if multicast is impeded in any way by rebooting the SPA9000 and watching to make sure that every phone reboots with the SPA9000:

SPA9000 web-ui > http:///admin/reboot

If the phones do not reboot, something, probably the LAN switch, is interfering with multicast. Once this is corrected, BLF and CP should work.

Patrick

Thanks for the help

Hi rperez,

Okay that's the problem. The SPA932 does not support the SPA9x1 family of phones.

Only the SPA9x2 and the new SPA525G are supported by the SPA932 attendant console.

Regards,

Patrick
